+ raw to bmp

If you have a look in DS files with the the tankviewer, you sould noticed that the texture have an enigmatic format:: [*.raw], Dan Standberg (him again he he ), made us a little simple program to convert [*.raw] to [*.bmp]. Go get rawtobmp on Game-Editing.net. Thanks to Dan for these works!
